Change Your Locked Icon Color #
The Change Your Icon Color service is available for designs where the icon color cannot be changed directly inside Canva.
Some icons are intentionally locked or structured in a way that prevents them from being recolored within the template editor. When this happens, this service allows the icon color to be updated for you.
This service is intended only for recoloring the icon itself.
If you would like your entire design recolored to match your brand, including text, additional elements, or multiple parts of the design, you will need to purchase either the Logo Kit Editing Service or the Etsy Starter Kit Editing Service.
What This Service Includes #
When you purchase the Icon Color Change service, you will receive:
- A recolored version of the icon
- The icon updated to the color you requested
No other parts of the design will be changed as part of this service.
What You Need to Provide #
HOW TO SEND YOUR COLOR #
You may send your color in any of the following ways. Choose what is easiest for you. Send them via message on Etsy or to the email address admin@marlowmaison.com – Please make sure you have purchased first.
DESCRIPTION OR REFERENCE
You may also say:
Use the same color as the text in my logo.
Match the background color on page two.
SCREENSHOT
Send a screenshot of a color swatch, Canva element, website section, or brand guide. The color will be matched as closely as possible.
WEBSITE OR PAGE LINK
Send a link and tell me where to look.
Example: Match the blue used in the header text.
HEX CODE
Send the color in this format. 1A3F5B
A hex code is a six-character color value that looks like this:
#A67C8B
Turnaround Time #
Icon color changes are typically completed within a few hours to 3 days, depending on our request volume.
Once completed, your updated icon will be delivered to you.
When This Service Is Helpful #
This service is useful if:
- your icon cannot be recolored inside Canva
- you want the icon changed to a specific color
- you prefer not to request a full design edit
