My Downloaded Files Are a ZIP Folder #
The Problem #
After downloading your files, you see a ZIP folder and cannot open the contents.
Why This Happens #
Etsy delivers digital downloads as compressed ZIP folders to keep the files organized.
How To Fix It #
To open the files, you need to extract the ZIP folder.
Windows
- Right-click the ZIP folder
- Select Extract All
Mac
Simply double-click the ZIP file, and it will automatically unzip.
Once extracted, you will see the files inside the folder.
Important Tip To Remember – You cannot “break” your design! #
If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
