A Style Change Ticket is used when you would like to modify the visual appearance of your design after your Marlow Moon or Marlow Mallow order has already been completed and delivered.

Unlike a Revision Ticket, which is used to correct errors, a Style Change Ticket is used when you want to change part of the design’s style.

Each Style Change Ticket covers one style change only.

If multiple style changes are requested, additional Style Change Tickets must be purchased.

This service applies only to existing Marlow Moon or Marlow Mallow work.

One Style Change Ticket allows for one visual modification to your existing design.

Examples of style changes include:

• changing the font used in a logo or text
• changing the primary color used in the design
• adjusting the color palette used in the templates

Once your request is received, the change will be applied and the updated files will be delivered to you.

Each Style Change Ticket covers one type of style change.

For example:

• changing the font = one ticket
• changing the color palette = one ticket

If you would like both a font change and a color change, two Style Change Tickets must be purchased.

If additional style changes are requested after the updated files have already been delivered, another ticket will be required.

Each new change requires a separate Style Change Ticket purchase.

Style Change Tickets are intended for small visual adjustments only.

This service does not include:

• creating new logos
• replacing icons
• redesigning layouts
• creating new branding elements
• custom design work

Style changes modify the existing design only and do not involve creating new design concepts.

Before purchasing a Style Change Ticket:

• you must have already purchased the Marlow Moon branding pack the change applies to
• please reference your original order number
• message your requested style change through Etsy messages

All communication regarding the request will take place through Etsy messages only.

After your Style Change Ticket is purchased:

1. You will message the style change you would like applied.
2. The requested change will be applied to your design.
3. Updated files will be exported and delivered through a download link.

Style Change Tickets are typically completed within a few hours to three business days, depending on workload.
