If you purchased a Marlow Moon or Marlow Mallow product through Etsy, your files are delivered instantly after checkout. Etsy stores your downloads in your account so you can access them anytime from a web browser.
This guide will walk you through how to find your files, download the ZIP folder, and open it on your computer.
Step 1: Find Your Download On Etsy #
After your purchase is complete, Etsy automatically attaches the files to your order.
To access them:
- Go to Etsy.com
- Sign into your account
- Click Your Account
- Select Purchases and Reviews
- Locate your Marlow Moon or Marlow Mallow order
- Click Download Files
Etsy will take you to a page where you can download the files included with your purchase.

Important: Use a Web Browser (Not the Etsy App) #
Etsy currently does not allow digital file downloads through the mobile app.
If you’re using your phone or tablet, open Etsy in a web browser such as:
- Safari
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Edge
Then sign into your account and follow the steps above.
Step 2: Download The Files #
After your purchase, Etsy will provide your files on the Downloads page.
Most of our products are delivered as PDF files that contain your Canva access links. Occasionally, you may receive a ZIP file, which is simply a compressed folder used to keep multiple files organized in one download.
To download your files
- Click Download Files on your Etsy purchase page.
- On the downloads page, click the file name to begin the download.
Your file will download to your computer. In most cases, you can find it in your Downloads folder.
If your file is a PDF
Open the PDF and click the Canva access link inside.
If you don’t have a PDF reader installed, you can download one here:

Step 3: Open The Files #
Zip Files #
On Windows #
- Right-click the ZIP file
- Select Extract All
- Click Extract
Your files will appear in a new folder.
If you prefer a dedicated tool, we recommend:
7-Zip (Free)
https://www.7-zip.org/
On Mac #
Mac computers include a built-in unzip tool.
Simply:
- Double-click the ZIP file
Your Mac will automatically extract the folder
The new folder containing your files will appear in the same location.

PDF Files #
On Windows #
Windows computers include a built-in PDF viewer in Microsoft Edge.
Simply:
- Double-click the PDF file
Windows will open it automatically in Microsoft Edge
You can then click the Canva access link inside the document
If your computer does not open PDF files automatically, you can install a free PDF reader here:

On Mac #
Mac computers include a built-in PDF viewer called Preview.
Simply:
- Double-click the PDF file
Your Mac will automatically open it in Preview
