Why Does Canva Say “Pro Element”? #
The Problem #
You see a small crown icon or a notice saying the element requires Canva Pro.
Why This Happens #
This usually happens when a Pro element has been added or replaced in the design.
All Marlow Maison templates are built using free Canva fonts and elements, but if something in the design is replaced with a Pro element, Canva will mark it with the crown icon.
How To Fix It #
- Click the element showing the crown icon.
- Delete the Pro element.
- Replace it with a free element from Canva’s library.
You do not need Canva Pro to use your Marlow Maison templates.
Important Tip To Remember – You cannot “break” your design! #
If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
