My Canva Link Isn’t Opening #
The Problem #
You click the Canva template link but the design does not open.
Why This Happens #
This can happen if:
- you are not logged into Canva
- the link is opened inside the Etsy app
- a browser popup blocker is preventing the page from loading
How To Fix It #
- Open Canva.com and log into your account.
- Open the template link in a web browser, not the Etsy app.
- Allow popups if your browser blocks them.
The template should open normally once Canva is logged in.
Important Tip To Remember – You cannot “break” your design! #
If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
