Converting an Image Logo Into a Transparent PNGv

If you run a shop, brand, or business, you will often need a transparent version of your logo.

Transparent logos are extremely useful because they can be placed on top of any background without showing a white box behind them.

First, open Photopea in your web browser.

• the Lasso Tool

Zoom in if necessary to make small adjustments around the edges.

Now you need to export the logo in a format that supports transparency.

Follow these steps:

1. Click File.
2. Select Export As.
3. Choose PNG.

PNG files preserve transparent backgrounds, making them perfect for logos.

Save the file to your computer.

Now that you have a transparent version of your logo, you can use it in Canva.

To upload it:

1. Open your Canva design.
2. Click Uploads in the left sidebar.
3. Upload the PNG logo file.

Because the background has been removed, the logo will now sit cleanly on top of any design.
