What Can Be Edited?

Marlow Moon and Marlow Mallow branding kits are designed to be customized easily using Canva. Most elements in your templates can be edited so you can adapt the design to fit your business name, colors, and branding style.

However, depending on the collection and how the artwork was originally created, some elements may have limited editing options.

This guide will help you understand which parts of your branding kit can typically be edited, and what options are available if you would like to modify additional elements.

Most elements in your branding kit can be customized directly inside Canva. These features allow you to adapt the design to match your business identity while keeping the overall aesthetic of the original collection.

In most kits, you will be able to edit:

• your business name or brand name
• taglines or secondary text
• brand colors
• text fonts and sizes
• layout positioning
• certain graphic elements or icons

These edits can all be made directly within Canva using a free Canva account.

Some earlier Marlow Moon and Marlow Mallow designs include hand-drawn or custom artwork that was originally created outside of Canva.

Because of this, certain elements may appear as a single image layer rather than individual editable pieces.

This does not prevent you from customizing the design. You can still:

• edit the text surrounding the icon or graphic
• adjust available color settings
• move or resize design elements
• replace the graphic with another Canva element if desired

In many cases, the icon itself remains part of the design while the surrounding branding elements are fully customizable.

Some branding kits include custom icons that were originally created outside of Canva. These icons may not allow color changes directly inside the template due to Canva restrictions.

If you would like to change the color of one of these icons, we offer an Icon Color Change service where we can update the icon color for you.

This service allows us to:

• recolor custom icons that cannot be edited in Canva
• match the icon to your brand color palette
• provide you with an updated version of the design

Once the color change is completed, the updated icon will be provided so you can continue using it within your branding materials.

If you would like to modify artwork that cannot be edited directly inside Canva, you may still be able to adjust it using a free editing tool called Photopea.

Photopea is a browser-based program that works similarly to Photoshop and allows you to make more advanced image adjustments.

With Photopea, you can:

• remove backgrounds from graphics
• recolor certain artwork
• resize or adjust design elements
• prepare graphics for use in other designs

This means future kits will often include additional customization options directly inside Canva without needing external tools.
