Why Won’t My Image Go Into the Frame? #
The Problem #
When you drag an image into the design, it does not go into the frame.
Why This Happens #
This usually happens when the image is dropped next to the frame instead of inside it.
How To Fix It #
- Drag your image from Uploads
- Move the image directly over the frame
- Wait until the frame highlights
- Release the image
The image will snap into the frame automatically.
Important Tip To Remember – You cannot “break” your design! #
If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
