What Is A Revision Ticket #
A Revision Ticket is used when you would like small corrections made to an order after your finalized files have already been delivered.
Once an order has been completed and the files have been provided, any additional adjustments require a Revision Ticket.
Each Revision Ticket covers one revision pass.
If additional changes are needed after that revision has been completed, another Revision Ticket must be purchased.
This service applies only to existing Marlow Maison work.
What a Revision Ticket Includes #
One Revision Ticket allows for one round of corrections or small adjustments to an existing order.
Examples of revisions include:
- correcting spelling errors
- adjusting text placement
- minor spacing adjustments
- small size adjustments to text
- fixing alignment issues
Once your corrections are received, the changes will be applied and the updated files will be delivered to you.
What a Revision Ticket Does Not Include #
Revision Tickets are intended for fixing errors only.
This service does not include any custom work and no new design elements will be added.
Revision Tickets do not include:
- font changes
- color changes
- layout redesigns
- icon replacements
- additional logo creation
- new design concepts
- adding new graphics or elements
Nothing will be redesigned or added to the original work. The revision ticket is strictly used to correct mistakes or adjust small placement issues.
If you would like to change fonts, colors, or make visual changes to the design, please purchase a Style Change Ticket instead.
What Is a Revision Pass? #
A revision pass means one collected round of corrections made to your completed order.
This means you review your files, make a list of the corrections you would like made, and send those corrections together in one message. All of those corrections are then completed and returned to you in one update.
For example, a revision pass might include:
- correcting a spelling mistake
- adjusting text placement slightly
- fixing spacing in a section
- correcting alignment issues
As long as these corrections are submitted together as one list, they are completed as part of one revision pass.
What Happens After the Revision Pass Is Completed #
Once the requested corrections are applied, the updated files will be delivered to you.
At that point, the revision pass has been used.
If additional corrections or new adjustments are requested after the updated files have already been delivered, a new Revision Ticket will be required.
This includes situations where:
- another typo is found
- another spacing adjustment is requested
- additional corrections are requested later
Each new round of edits requires a new revision pass.
Requirements Before Purchasing #
Before purchasing a Revision Ticket:
- your original order must have been completed and delivered
- the work must be from a previous Marlow Moon or Marlow Mallow order
- please include your original order number when requesting the revision
All communication regarding revisions will take place through Etsy messages.
How Delivery Works #
Once your Revision Ticket has been purchased:
- You will send the corrections you would like applied.
- The revision pass will be completed.
- Updated files will be exported and delivered through a download link.
Turnaround Time #
Revision Tickets are typically completed within a few hours to two business days, depending on current workload.
Important Notes #
- One ticket covers one revision pass only.
- Additional revisions require additional Revision Ticket purchases.
- This ticket applies only to previously completed Marlow Moon or Marlow Mallow orders.
- No new elements will be added and no custom design work will be performed.
- Because this is a custom editing service, refunds cannot be issued once revision work has begun.
