Why Can’t I Download My Files? #
The Problem #
You cannot download your files from Etsy.
Why This Happens #
This usually happens when trying to download files from the Etsy mobile app, which does not support digital downloads.
How To Fix It #
To download your files:
- Open Etsy in a web browser
- Go to Your Purchases
- Locate your order
- Click Download Files
Your files will download as a ZIP folder, which you can open on your computer.
Important Tip To Remember – You cannot “break” your design! #
If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
