1. Go to Etsy
2. Click Shop Manager
3. Click Settings
4. Click Info & Appearance

Scroll down to find:

• Receipt Banner
• Message to Buyers

Your receipt banner is an image shown on the order confirmation page after someone purchases.

What it does: #

For Physical Products: #

Include:

• A thank you
• Processing time
• Shipping expectations
• Contact info

Example: #

1. Open Your Canva Files #

Locate your Etsy Starter Kit and open it in Canva.

Inside your kit, look for the receipt banner templates.

3. Customize Your Banner #

4. Download Your Banner #

• Download as PNG

5. Upload to Etsy #

Go to Shop Manager → Settings → Info & Appearance

• Upload your receipt banner
• Save your changes
