Why Can’t I Unlock an Element? #
The Problem #
You click an element but cannot unlock it.
Why This Happens #
Some elements in Marlow Maison designs are intentionally protected by the designer.
These elements are locked to preserve the layout and keep the design looking balanced.
How To Fix It #
If the unlock option does not appear in the toolbar, the element cannot be edited.
If you need that element modified, you may request a Style Change Ticket.
Important Tip To Remember – You cannot “break” your design! #
If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
