Why Does My Etsy Banner Look Cropped? #

After uploading your banner to Etsy, it looks slightly cropped or positioned differently.

Etsy displays banners slightly differently depending on:

- screen size
- shop layout
Because of this, small differences in appearance are normal.
How To Fix It #
Make sure you upload the correct banner size included in your starter kit.

If you ever feel like you’ve made too many changes or want to start over, simply click your original Canva template link again. Canva will create a brand new copy of the design so you can start fresh.
